What is a Hot Sheet?

Did you ever wonder how people are able to put offers on houses before you even get a chance to see them? The answer is Hot Sheets. A Hot Sheet is something I set up for people interested in knowing what's on the market at all times. With a Hot Sheet, new MLS listings will be sent directly to your email. This can be done in three easy steps:

1) Tell me the area you're interested in, a price range, style of home, and your email.

2) Tell me what time of day you would like to receive your Hot Sheet list.

3) Click accept in your email when you are invited to my Hot Sheet list.
